What makes Slip® silk different from standard silk?
Slip® pure silk products are made using slipsilk™, developed and refined for over ten years to provide the ultimate combination of shine, thickness, softness, and durability. We use the highest grade (6A) long fiber mulberry silk, with a thickness of 22 momme.
How do I care for my silk pillowcase?
To maintain the quality of your silk, we recommend machine washing on a cold, delicate cycle using a pH neutral liquid detergent. Avoid bleach and tumble drying; instead, air dry in the shade to preserve the fibers.
Does sleeping on silk really benefit my skin and hair?
Yes. Slipsilk™ has been shown to reduce friction by 43% on average compared to cotton, which helps reduce hair breakage and prevents sleep creases on your skin. It also absorbs significantly less face cream than cotton, keeping your skin hydrated.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the US takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or washed.
